I know the couple very well, and I am at a loss.
In near desperation I turn to you for ideas.

The (European) couple both work and live in Cambodia.
I fly out in about 2 weeks via Hong Kong.

Any ideas for a wedding present?

Please bear in mind -

I fly, so if bought in UK must be light, robust, small.
They can’t own property in Cambodia (law) so no “house” presents as such.
Most things I could get would be cheaper in Cambodia anyway!
Budget about £200 (pounds sterling) or so.
I will be taking a few quintessentially British items with me as gifts anyway.
I have asked the couple and received no useful answers.

I guess I’ll pick something up in HK but inspiration letting me down.

Any practical ideas greatly appreciated, I am at a loss.
Thanks

Couple are in late 30s.
No Children.
Not wealthy by western standards. Very wealthy by Cambodian standards.
Some excellent answers. Thanks.

Thanks Alda.
I have come to expect sound answers from you. Whilst the ceremony will be Buddhist, it will not be the full three day affair thank goodness. So don’t know how practicle it will be. Think I may well buy the books as a standby gift. Otherwise an exceptional answer - thank you.
