Barratt Homes seems to be the latest House builder trying desperate tactics to try and generate some cash flow.
I received a recent flyer advertising the Veridian development in battersea.
It lists as being opposite the power station as one of its benefits!
Oh well I guess some people will enjoy the view of a dilapidated brick monstrosity

HSBC Mortgage rate to rise with other banks likely to follow suit.This was the news from the scmp 27th Oct!
